Genre/Story/Mechanics Summary:

The protagonist a Criminal Investigation Department Agent was kidnapped while on a case and he was left to rot alone in an abandoned hospital wing. Player’s mission is to navigate the hospital wing to find clues and fight mobs lurking in the shadows to escape the hell hole.

Features:

  • Final boss fight.
  • Procedural spider enemy mob.
  • Enemy mob only visible to torch spotlight.
  • Weapon Inventory with Melee, Handgun and Shotgun.
  • Item Inventory.

Interface:

Mouse for Look Around and Fire. Keyboard for Movement and Interactions.

Art Style:

Realistic Art Style. A Rundown Hospital wing with flickering tube lights and walls with grime and mould.

Music/Sound:

SoundFX should invoke fear and doubt inside player’s mind making them guess their next movement. Music should jump between calm and hyped depending on whether the player is just exploring or the player is in a fire fight.
